This week’s trail leads us to… Weight Change.

Question: What is it? Why does it happen? What can I do to manage it?

Answer: Weight loss is extremely common as a result of decrease in fat tissue as the brain’s ability to communicate properly regarding necessary intake becomes impaired. Weight gain is not common unless associated with a certain medications which facilitate binge eating.

Tips:

Weight Loss: Early onset, medications can be adjusted. Later on, nutritional supplements such as Ensure or Boost can help
