Question: If you are noticing changes in cognition and memory, what should you do? it is important to check in regarding:

  1. Medications (are they taking them accurately and safely, or at all)
  2. Finances (are bills being paid on time and accurately)
  3. Driving Safety
  4. Safety in the home
  5. Safety when out in the community
  6. Nutrition and Hydration (are they eating, how much are they eating)
  7. Can they use their telephones and call for help if needed?
