Question: What types of sleep disorders are there? How is it experienced?

Answer: Sleep disorders are defined as having problems with the quality, timing, and amount of sleep. Types of sleep disorders include:

  1. Excessive daytime sleepiness
  2. Insomnia
  3. Rapid Eye Movement (REM) Sleep Behavior Disorder
  4. Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)
